TROPHY CLUB
The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy
Club met in Regular session on Thursday, April 15, 1993 at
7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open
to the Public.

Co -Chair Booker acted as Chairman and called the meeting to
order at 7:00 P.M. noting a quorum was present. He then
welcomed the Commissioners, staff and guests. Chairman Booker
requested Ms. Shaw to update the Commissioners on Chairman
Hampers condition.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF 3/04/93
AND JOINT PUBLIC HEARING 3/16/93
Commissioner Schaaf made a motion to approve the minutes of
the March 4, 1993 regular meeting and the minutes of the
Joint Public Hearing of March IG, 1993 as presented.
Commissioner Williams seconded; motion passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE REGARDING RE -PLAT FOR LOTS
1002, 1003, 1009, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015,
1016, 1165, 1166, 1167, 1168, AND 1169 IN VILLAGE WEST

Chairman Booker asked Mr. Dan Boutwell to review the replat
for the Commissioners. A brief discussion was held. The Page

Commissioners set the date of May 18, 1993 for a Public
Hearing for the Replat.
REVIEW ZONINGT REQUEST AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR 198 ACRES IN THE J. EARS SURVEY,
ABSTRACT -392 BY TROPHY JOINT VENTURE
Chairman Booker requested Mr. Dan Boutwell address his letter
regarding comments on the zoning request.
Mr. Rick Horn, Carter & Burgess, represented the applicant
and addressek-1 ei.ch one of Mr. Bou"C'well's concerns.
The Commissioners set the date of May 18, 1993 for a Public
Hearing for the planned unit development.
There being no further business, Commissioner Schaaf made a
motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 P.M. and to meet again
on May 18, 19913 at 7:00 P.M. Commissioner Paige seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimous -Ly,
