The Planninq and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy
club met in Regular Session on Thursday, February 18, 1993 ct
7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 10C) Municipal Drive, Trophy club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open
to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:12 P.M.
noting a quorum was present. He men welcomed the
Commissioners and staff.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR MEETINGS Or 1/21/93
Commissioner Schaaf made a motion to approve the minutes of
the January 21, 1993 regular meeting as presented.
commissioner Kirby seconded; motion passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE
Chairman Hamper presented a summary of Articies to be
reviewed from the Comprehensive Zoning orctinanCa. Fie tLen,
began a discussion of each Article in the Zoning Ordinance.

All other sections were reviewed with minor changes or
deletions.
PRESENTATION OF ANY OTHER 14ATTERS
A brief discussion was held on a letter from Terry Vance, the
Chairperson of the Parks and Recreation Committee, regarding
the lake and pocket park being offered by Trophy Club
Partners I.
Mr. George Bayless addressed the commission concerning the
"Nelson property" now zoned Professional office. He briefly
discussed his concept for that land.
The next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be March
4, 1993 at 7:00 P.W
AIWOURN
There being no further business, Commissioner Kardish made a
motion to ad3ourn the meeting at 9:30 P.M. Commissioner Paige
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
