The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club
and the Planning and Zoning commission met in joint session
on Wednesday, March 23rd, 1994 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was
laid at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100
MuniciRC! Drive. Trouhv Club. Texas. The Public Hearina was
neld within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

BOARD TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS
AND RATIFY ORDER NO. 001-0294.
Hember Clinkenbeard made a motion to ratify the findings of
fact and conclusions of Order Nt.r® 001-0294. Member Gilliland
seconded; motion passed unanimously.

Member Bush made a motion to ratify the findings of fact and
conclusions of order No. 001-0294. Member Clinkenbeard
seconded; motion passed unanimously.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER MINUTEIE3
OF jOINT MEETING WITH TOWN COUNCIL ON FEDRERY15, 1994 AND
TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION
Commissioner Cotton made motion to approve• the minutes of toe
joint meeting February 15, 1994 with the Planning and Zoning
Commission and the Town Council. Commissioner Mayfield
seconded; motion passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION OF ROLES AND RELATIONSHIP OF PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION ;!IT!! ZONING BOARD OF ADjUSTMENTS
Cnairman Arnott requested an update on the new zoning
ordinance from the Planning and Zoning Commission. Chairman
Hamper updated the Board and state the Planning and Zoning
Commission takes a positive approach to zoning issues. A
lengthy discussion ensued.

Commissioner Schaaf made a motion to adjourn the Planning and
Zoning meeting at 8:50 P.M. Commissioner Mayfield seconded;
motion passed unanimously.
Member Reincke made a made a motion to adjourn the Zoning
Board of Adjustment meeting at 3:50 P.M. Member Clinkenbeard
seconded the motion. motion carried unanimously.
