The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in Regular Session on
Thursday, August 15, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District
Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town
boundaries and was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. noting a quorum was present. He then
welcomed Staff and Guests. He also welcomed Mr. Gene Hill a new Commissioner as of 8/6/96.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO REVIEW A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "
THE LAKES" AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
Chairman Hamper asked Mr. Boutwell to review his comments regarding The Lakes preliminary
plat. Mr. Boutwell discussed his list of thirty two concerns. He then noted the concerns of the
Town's engineer.
After the review, there was a consensus of the Commissioners to review this plat again on
September 5, 1996.

There was no other business.

There being no further business to discuss, Commissioner Reed made a motion to adjourn the
meeting at 8:15 p.m. Commissioner Cotton seconded; motion passed unanimously.
