The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in Joint Session on
Thursday, March 14, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the offices of Beck Properties
Building, 100 Trophy Club, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town
boundaries and was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M. noting a quorum was present. He then
welcomed the Commissioners, Park Committee Member, staff and guests.
DISCUSS THE TOWN'S LINEAR PATHS AND PARK SYSTEM
Chairman Hamper explained that we were meeting in Mr. Harbins conference room because the
large designs Mr. Harbin had drawn were on exhibit. He then updated the crown on the work that
had been done on the parks and trails.
Mr. Harbin introduced the park plan. A question and answer period ensued. Some of the
questions were acreage, access to parks; active versus passive; overall park acrage at build out,
etc.
Chairman Hamper closed the joint workshop at 8:16 p.m. The Commissioners then went to the
Municipal Building to conduct a regular meeting.
