PLANNING AND ZONING COMMIISSION
August 6, 1998
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a Workshop Session on
August 6, 1998 at 7:00 P.M. in the Boardroom of the Trophy Club Administration Building, 100
Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas 76262.

Chairman Mike Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. announcing a quorum was present.
DISCUSSION REGARDING THE UPDATING OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE:
The Commissioners and Town Planner discussed the comprehensive zoning ordinance.
Town Planner Boutwell will make the necessary changes and have the revised document ready for
presentation to the Council for approval at the September 15, 1998 meeting.
This has since been changed to the November 5, 1998 meeting.
OTHER MATTERS:
Town Planner Boutwell handed out information pertaining to the sign ordinance. Chairman Hamper and
Planner Boutwell will be meeting on August 13, 1998 to discuss the bike/bike trails.

Commissioner Reed moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:25 p.m. Chairman Hamper seconded; motion
