The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a
Regular Session on 27 November 2001, at 6:30 pm in the Boardroom of the
Trophy Club Administration Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas
76262.

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 6:37 pm, and announced a
quorum was present.
2. PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATIVE TO THE
REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF A 23.5361 ACRE TRACT OF
LAND ZONED PD -16, THE KNOLL, LOCATED GENERALLY TO THE NORTH OF
GREENHILL TRAIL, WEST OF PANORAMA TRAIL AND SOUTHWEST OF
RIDGEVIEW LANE. APPLICANT: TERRA LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (PP -
01 -001)
Mr. Spain addressed the Commission.
Commissioner Sheridan asked Mr. Spain if anything has been resolved since the
Town Council meeting when the Council made a motion not to participate in
the offsite drainage improvements related to The Knoll.

Mr. Spain said there have been no further developments with that issue.
A motion was made to recommend approval of the preliminary plat.
