The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a
Regular Session meeting 3 October 2002, at 7:00 pm in the Boardroom of the Trophy
Club Administration Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas 76262.

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm, and announced a quorum was
present,
2. PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATIVE TO A REQUEST
FOR A WAIVER TO FENCE ORDINANCE 2002-25P&Z, MORE SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED AS SECTION 3, ENTITLED "FENCES", SUBSECTION "C" ENTITLED "TYPE OF
FENCE AND CONSTRUCTION", (6) FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 205 FRESH
MEADOW DRIVE, LOT 326 OF SECTION THREE. (APPLICANT: DANNY & ANOLA
NECESSARY)
A motion was made to remove the table for the fence waiver, made at the 5
September 2002 meeting.

Chairman Hill summarized the details of the waiver request for the Commission.
Ms. Necessary addressed the Commission and stated that due to her recent back
surgery her doctor prescribed a pool for her rehabilitation, However, in the current
condition, Mr, Burkhardt's fence would not provide a sufficient safety barrier to the new
pool,
Chairman Hill confirmed with Ms, Necessary that the fence in question is entirely on her
side.
Ms. Necessary agreed,
A motion was made to grant the request for waiver,
