The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a
Regular Session meeting 18 December 2003, at 7:00 pm in the Boardroom of the Trophy
Club Administration Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas 76262.

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
Vice Chairman Stephens called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm, and announced a
quorum was present.
2. PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATIVE TO A REQUEST
FOR RELIEF FROM LANDSCAPING PLAN REQUIREMENTS, A COMPONENT OF THE
LAKEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE PLAN, A 15.015 ACRE TRACT OF LAND ZONED
R-12, LOCATED GENERALLY TO THE NORTH OF VILLAGE TRAIL DRIVE, AND WEST OF
THE LAKES OF TROPHY CLUB. APPLICANT: NORTHWEST INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT; DUNAWAY ASSOCIATES, INC. (SP -03-006)
Mr. Thomas addressed the Commission and briefed them on the landscape plan
submittal. Five (5) trees are to be added to the front yard, as well as shrubs, grass and
Asian Jasmine,
Commissioner Moss clarified the location of new trees with the applicant.
A motion was made to recommend approval of the landscape plan.
