The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a Public
Hearing and a Regular Session on 4 November 2004, at 7:00 pm in the Boardroom of the
Trophy Club Administration Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas 76262.

A.1 CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm, announced a quorum was
present and explained the format of the meeting for the benefit of the audience.

THE FOLLOWING:
Chairman Hill read the caption into the record.

AN APPLICA'T'ION FROM STAR OF TEXAS ENERGY SERVICES, INC., FOR A SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT TO ALLOW GAS WELL DRILLING ON A 1.5 ACRE TRACT OF LAND
REFERRED TO AS "PAD 15H", LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 220 FEET WEST OF THE
TOWN'S EAST TOWN LIMIT LINE, AND APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF THE
TOWN'S NORTHEAST TOWN LIMIT LINE.
Mr. Durbin addressed the Commission. This pad site is more than 1,000' from developed
property and therefore does not require a waiver.
There were no requests to speak from the public.

CONTINUE TO A DATE CERTAIN.

Chairman Hill opened the Regular Session.

D.1. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND MAKE A
RECOMMENDATION TO THE TOWN COUNCIL REGARDING:
AN APPLICATION FROM STAR OF TEXAS ENERGY SERVICES, INC., FOR A SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT TO ALLOW GAS WELL DRILLING ON A 1.5 ACRE TRACT OF LAND
REFERRED TO AS "PAD 15H", LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 220 FEET WEST OF THE
TOWN'S EAST TOWN LIMIT LINE, AND APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF THE
TOWN'S NORTHEAST TOWN LIMIT LINE.
Commissioner Sheridan asked staff if the application is in compliance with the Town's
ordinances. Chairman Hill confirmed.
A motion was made to recommend approval of the 15H SUP to the Town Council.
