The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a
Regular Session meeting 3 February 2005, at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room of the
Trophy Club Community Development Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas
76262.

A.l CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm, and announced a quorum was
present.
B.l DISCUSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATIVE TO AN ORDINANCE REPEALING
TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 2004-02 P&Z, AND ADOPTING NEW PROVISIONS RELATING
TO SIGN REGULA'I'IONS.
Ms. Fleck presented the changes made to the ordinance as a result of the
Commission's 26 January 2005 meeting.
Commissioner Sheridan suggested the Special Purpose Signage be removed from
Section 8, entitled "Permissible Signs Not Requiring Permits", subsection A(12). Special
Purpose Signs are regulated in the Ordinance therefore a permit should be pulled in
order to ensure compliance with the ordinance.
A motion was made to recommend approval of the proposed revisions to the Sign
Ordinance.
