Call To Order and announce a quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS:
Present: 6- Vice Chair James Stephens, Commissioner Mike Davidson,
Commissioner Dennis Sheridan, Chairman Gene Hill, Commissioner
Clayton Reed, and Commissioner Gary Richert
Absent: 1 - Commissioner Dale Forest

Approval of Minutes
1. 2011-120-T Review and approve minutes of the February 7, 2011, Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting.
A motion was made by Commissioner Davidson, seconded by Commissioner
Richert, that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the
following vote.
Aye: 4 - Commissioner Davidson, Chairman Hill, Commissioner Reed, and
Commissioner Richert
Abstain: 2- Vice Chair Stephens, and Commissioner Sheridan
REGULAR SESSION
2. 2011-121-T Discussion and recommendation regarding a request for replat of Lot 8,
Block 1, Waters Edge at Hogan's Glen. Applicant: Mark Carr
(RP -11-017)
A motion was made by Commissioner Sheridan, seconded by Vice Chair
Stephens, that this Agenda Item be Recommended for Approval to the Town
Council, on 41412011. The motion carried by the following vote.
