The Economic Development Corporation (EDC) 4B of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met on Wednesday, December 2,
2020 at 6 PM.
EDC 4B MEMBERS PRESENT:
Michael Richmond President

MEMBER ABSENT:

President Richmond called the EDC 4B Meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:05 PM.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed four(4)minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has authority.
Town Secretary Vacek confirmed there were no citizens to speak.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Take appropriate action regarding the EDC 4B Minutes dated August 5,2020(L.Vacek).
Motion:
Director Inge moved to approve the August 5, 2020 EDC 4B Minutes. Director McDonald seconded the motion.
Motion carried 6-0-0.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
2. Pursuant to the following designated section of the Texas Government Code,Annotated,Chapter 551(Texas Open
Meetings Act),the EDC 4B will convene into executive session to discuss the following:
a) Section 551.087—Deliberate the Economic Development Negotiations regarding a commercial prospect
(S.Norwood).
President Richmond recessed the meeting for executive session at 6:07 PM.
President Richmond reconvened from executive session at 6:42 PM.
3. Take appropriate action regarding the Executive Session(S.Norwood).
President Richmond announced that there was no action.
