2. 2020-362-T Pursuant to the following designated sections of the Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551 (Texas Open Meetings Act), the EDC 413 will convene into executive session
to discuss the following:
a) Section 551.087 - Deliberate the Economic Development Negotiations regarding
a commercial prospect (S. Norwood).
