RESOLUTION NO. 2021-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE TROPHY CLUB TOWN COUNCIL APPOINTING NICK
SANDERS TO SERVE ON THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS,the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, benefits by having its citizens involved in local
government through service on Boards and Commissions; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council is responsible for making appointments to the
Boards and Commissions, and
WHEREAS, on September 24, 2019, the Trophy Club Town Council appointed a
Chairperson (Lou Opipare)to serve on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on the Zoning Board of Adjustment being the
Chairperson and one Alternate Member; and
WHEREAS, by passage of this Resolution, the Trophy Club Town Council hereby appoints
Nick Sanders as Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and further extends the term to end
in 2023.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TROPHY CLUB TOWN COUNCIL:
Section 1. That the foregoing recitals are incorporated herein as if written word for word.
Section 2. That the Trophy Club Town Council hereby approves Resolution No. 2021-02
to appoint Nick Sanders to serve as Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with a respective
term ending on September 30, 2023.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance with.law.
