TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2021; 6 PM
The Trophy Club Town Council met in a Special Work Session on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. The meeting was
held at Town Hall, 1 Trophy Wood Drive in the Council Chambers.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Fleury called the Special Work Session to order at 6:03pm and noted a quorum present with the exception of
Council Members Bone, and Monger.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Town Secretary Vacek confirmed there were no speakers under Public Comment.
INDIVIDUAL ITEM
1. Discussion of the feasibility for the Transfer of the Fire Department from the Trophy Club Municipal
Utility District No. 1 to the Town of Trophy Club. (S. Norwood)
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Fleury recessed the meeting into executive session at 6:05 pm.
2. Pursuant to the following designated section of the Texas Government Code, Annotated, Chapter 551
(Texas Open Meetings Act), the Council will convene Into executive session to discuss the following:
a. Consultation with Attorney pursuant to the Texas Government Code Section 551.071 regarding legal
issues of the Transfer of the Fire Department. (D. Dodd)
3. Reconvene Into Regular Session
Mayor Fleury reconvened the meeting at 6:58pm and stated that no action would be taken.
