FOR THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB
LOCATION: 1 TROPHY WOOD DRIVE,TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS Wednesday September 30, 2020 at 6:30 P.M.
The Animal Shelter Board for the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular Session on
July 1,2020.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

Brian Hall--ACO,Shelter Operations

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Susan Edstrom called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:32
p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three(3)minutes to address the Boanl regarding sn item over which
the Board has policy or oversight autborityss provided by Texas law, the etblcs order, of
otberpolicy order.
Regular Session
1. 2020-298-T Take appropriate action regarding the Animal Shelter Board
Minutes dated July 1, 2020.
Susan Edstrom introduced the minutes. Pam Swan made a motion to approve.
Rachel Speed made a second to the motion. Motion passed 4 to 0.
2. 2020-299-T Take appropriate action on the review of the wording to Ordinance
2019-16, Sec 2.04.001 and Ordinance 2015-27 Sec 2.04.002
Item will not be addressed and will be pulled from agenda.
3. 2020-300-T Receive an update from Officer Hall on upcoming Pet Fest 2020
event this coming Saturday morning.
Officer Hall gave his report showing Pet Fest handouts/flyer for the event.
ADJOURN
Susan Edstrom entertained a motion to adjourn at 6:37pm. Brian Hall made the motion
to adjourn. Pam Swan made a second to the motion. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned
at 6:42pm.
