RESOLUTION 2021-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE TROPHY CLUB TOWN COUNCIL
APPOINTING MEMBER(S) TO THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
VACANT REGULAR AND ALTERNATE POSITIONS; PROVIDING
DESIGNATED TERMS AND PROVIDING FOR THE RE-DESIGNATION
OF A CHAIRPERSON
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, is fortunate to have civic minded
citizens interested in serving on the various Boards, Commissions, and Corporations; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council is charged with the authority of
appointments to the Boards, Commissions, and Corporations serving the Town; and
WHEREAS, on May 11, 2021, the Trophy Club Town Council approved Resolution
No. 2021-02 appointing Nick Sanders to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and further
designated he serve as Chair throughout September, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council would like to fill a vacant regular position
left by John Murtaugh who has moved whose term has expired for an ending term of
September 30, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby appoints Two additional members to a regular
position and to an alternate position both with an ending term of September 30, 2022.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TROPHY CLUB TOWN COUNCIL
THAT:
Section 1. Appointing Benjamin Brewster and Steve Boedeker to regular positions
with terms ending on September 30, 2022.
Section 2. Appointing Steve Bowman to an alternate position with the term ending
on September 30, 2022.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
PASSED and APPROVED by the Trophy Club Town Co cil on this 24th day of
August, 2021.
