CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Chairman Beach called the October 24, 2019 Planning & Zoning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. and
announced a quorum.

CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed four (4) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over
which the Board has policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the
ethics order, or other policy order.
Chairman Beach asked if there were any public requests to speak.
No public requests to speak were submitted.
REGULAR SESSION
2019-543-T Case TUP-19-004 (Aloft Construction Trailer)
Discussion and recommendation regarding a request for a Temporary Use Permit to allow
construction trailer on the PD-30 hotel property, generally located approximately 950 feet
east of Trophy Club Drive and approximately 300 feet north of SH 114.
Staff report was presented by Town Planner Payne and she was available for questions.
Chairman Beach asked if a windscreen is required on a chain link fence. Town Planner Payne
responded this is not a requirement.
Chairman Beach called for a motion. Vice Chairman Rowe moved to recommend approval of the
Temporary Use Permit through May 2021, seconded by Chairman Beach.
Chairman Beach called for a vote. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
2019-526-T Case PP-19-001 (Last Acre Addition)
Consider and take appropriate action regarding a request for a preliminary plat containing
1.0055 acres of land located north of Meadowbrook Lane and approximately 110 feet west
of Rockwood Drive.
Staff report was presented by Town Planner Payne and she was available for questions, as was the
applicant.
Vice Chairman Rowe asked if a developer’s agreement is necessary. Town Planner Payne responded
that it is not.
Chairman Beach called for a motion. Vice Chairman Rowe moved to approve as presented, seconded
by Commissioner Gibson.
Chairman Beach called for a vote. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
2019-530-T Case FP-19-001 (Last Acre Addition)
Consider and take appropriate action regarding a request for a final plat containing 1.0055
acres of land located north of Meadowbrook Lane and approximately 110 feet west of
Rockwood Drive.
Staff report was presented by Town Planner Payne and she was available for questions, as was the
applicant.
There was no discussion.
Chairman Beach called for a motion. Commissioner Gibson moved to approve as presented, seconded
by Vice Chairman Rowe.
Chairman Beach called for a vote. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
2019-531-T Review and approve the minutes of the October 3, 2019 Planning & Zoning
Commission Meeting.
Chairman Beach asked for questions or corrections. There were none.
Commissioner Biggs moved to approve the October 3, 2019 minutes as written, which was seconded
by Commissioner Gibson.
The motion approved unanimously 5-0.
2019-532-T Receive Town Planner updates on previous cases heard by the Commission
and active development in the Town.
Staff updates were given by Town Planner Pa yne.
ADJOURN
Vice Chairman Rowe moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Biggs.
Chairman Beach asked for a vote. Motion passed unanimously 5-0.
The meeting adjourned at 7:18 P.M.
