EXPLANATION: There are over 60 different potential topics on the attached “Topics of Discussion” sheet. I would like by the end of the evening, to have recommendations from the council on the manner in which you would like the staff to proceed on these issues. I believe we should first prioritize by large category, Infrastructure, Parks and Parkland, Public Safety, Community Facilities, and other General Topics. Then I would propose we prioritize the topics under each of these headings and lastly, I would propose we prioritize our top 15 or 20 initiatives without respect to category.
