The Animal Shelter Board for the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular Session on
February 3,2021.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to
the public.

Brian Hall: Animal Shelter Operations
Pam Swan: Resident
Chuck Hall: Resident
Amanda Gonzalez: Resident
BOARD MEMBER ABSENT:
Dr.Racheal Speed: Veterinarian
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Susan Edstrom called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:36
p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens arse allowed three(3)minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which
the Board has policy or oversightsuthority as provided by T'esas law, the ethics order, or
otherpolicy order.
Regular Session
1. Administraion of Statement of Appointed Officer and Oath of Newly
Appointed and Re-appointed Board Members (L.Vacek)
Letty Vacek presided and oversaw statements and oaths for Brian Hall, Susan
Edstrom, and newly appointed Amanda Gonzalez.
2. Take appropriate action regarding the Minutes from September,30,2020.
Susan asked for motion to approve the minutes. Pam motioned to approve.
Chuck seconded the motion. Motion passed.

3. Receive an update from Officer Hall regarding Shelter Impounds from Year 2020, as well as
2020 Pet Registration Numbers. (B.Hall).
Officer Hall gave his report to the Board.
ADJOURN
Susan Edstrom entertained a motion to adjourn at 6:45pm. Amanda made the motion to
adjourn. Brian made a second to the motion. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at
6:45pm.
