RESOLUTION NO. 2022-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING THE PROPOSED USE OF
AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDS FOR THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the Town of Trophy Club is scheduled to receive $3,085,182.86 is
APRA Funds and desires to identify their use through a resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the ARPA Funds received by the Town of Trophy Club will be
used in a manner as described in the agenda item and in accordance with the US
Treasury directions.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date
of passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town ouncil of th own of Trophy Club,
Texas on this 22nd day of March 2022.
