Wednesday April 20, 2022 at 6:30 P.M.
The Animal Shelter Board for the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on April 20, 2022. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and
was open to the public. .

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Susan Edstrom called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:30 pm.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens ate allowed four (4) minutes to address the Board regarding an Item over which
the Board bas policy of ovetslgbtavthotlt,r ptr�vlded by Texas Jaw, the ethics order, of
othetpolicyotdet. Each speaker mustcomplete the Speaker's Form thatlncludes the
topic, to be presented.
Regular Session
1. Take Appropriate Action Regarding the December 15, 2021
Minutes. Karen Medzorian made a motion to approve the minutes;
Chuck Hall made a second; motion passed.
2. Receive Update from Officer Hall on Shelter Impound Numbers and Pet Registrations for Year
to date 2022. Officer Hall gave his detailed report.

motion to adjourn. Brian Hall made a second to the motion. Motion passed.
