The Trophy Club EDC-46 met on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. The meeting was held at Town Hall,1
Trophy Wood Drive at 5 pm with the following present:

CALL TO ORDER
Chair Scott Haro called the meeting to order at 5:13 pm.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
No one attended to speak under Public Comments.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the EDC-46 Meeting Minutes dated July 14,
2022.
Director Longo made a motion to approve the minutes of the Joint Meeting with EDC-46 and
Town Council on July 14, 2022. Director Mann seconded the motion. The motion carried with all
attending voting in favor.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The EDC-413 recessed into executive session at 5:15 pm.
2. Pursuant to the following designated sections of the Texas Governmental Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551(Texas Open Meetings Act), the Council will convene into executive session to
discuss the following:
a. Section 551.087 Deliberation regarding Economic Development Negotiations
regarding prospective commercial projects within the Town of Trophy Club.
RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION
The EDC-48 reconvened into Regular Session at 5:53 pm
3. Take appropriate action to approve the Temporary License and Access Agreement between
the Trophy Club EDC-413 and HG Sply Trophy Club LLC for the use of EDC property for a weekly
Farmers Market event between October 1, 2022 and March 30, 2023.
A motion was made by Director Addington to approve the Temporary License and Access
Agreement between the Trophy Club EDC-413 and HG Sply Trophy Club LLC for the use of EDC
property for a weekly Farmers Market event between October 1, 2022 and March 30, 2023 and
authorize the Town Manager to execute up to (2) two (6) six month extensions. The motion was
seconded by Director Mann.
Director Inge wanted to make sure that there was a way to terminate the contract. Town
Manager Carroll stated that there would be a 30-day termination addendum.
The motion carried with all attending voting in favor.

The meeting was adjourned by Director Haro at 5:55 pm.
