CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
1.Town Council – Mayor Jeannette Tiffany

PUBLIC COMMENT(S)
This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Council/Corporation on any matter
pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.007. The Council/Corporation is not
permitted to discuss or take action on any presentations made concerning matters that
are not listed on the agenda. Presentations are limited to matters over which the
Council/Corporation has authority. Speakers have up to four (4) minutes or the time limit
determined by the Presiding Officer. Each speaker must have submitted their request
to speak by completing the Speaker’s Form or may email
mayorandcouncil@trophyclub.org
EXECUTIVE SESSION
2 Pursuant to the following designated section of the Texas Government Code,
Annotated, Chapter 551 (Texas Open Meetings Act), the Town Council and EDC
will recess into executive session to discuss the following:
a) Section 551.087 Deliberation Regarding Economic Development
Negotiations
1. Discuss negotiations regarding prospective commercial project
within the Town of Trophy Club
b) Section 551.072 Deliberation regarding real property
1. Discuss a real estate and economic development opportunity
RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION
3 Town Council and EDC 4B will reconvene into Regular Session and take any action
on matters discussed in Executive Session
ADJOURN
4 Town Council – Mayor Jeannette Tiffany
EDC 4B – Director Scott Haro
One or more members of the Town Council may participate remotely using video conferencing
pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Coder.
The Board may convene into executive session to discuss posted items as allowed by the Texas
Open Meeting Act, LGC.551.071.
