CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Member Brewster called the May 12, 2022, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to order at 6:10 PM and did not
have a quorum.

CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed four(4) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has policy or
oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other policy order.
Member Brewster stated unfortunately there was not a quorum for tonight's meeting.
Alison Grimes, 353 Becket PI— HOA President was the only person that turned in a request to speak. But did not
speak since there was not a quorum available.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Case ZBA-22-001 (406 Ramsey Trail)
a. Conduct a public hearing regarding a request for a variance to allow a fence to be constructed
within the side yard setback at 406 Ramsey Trail.
b. Take appropriate action regarding a request for a variance to allow a fence to be constructed
within the side yard setback at 406 Ramsey Trail
2. Receive updates on previous cases heard by the Board and active development in Town.
ADJOURN
Member Brewster motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:11 PM.
