The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular Session on Tuesday, March 11, 2€114. The
meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

Mayor White announced the date of Tuesday, March 11, 2014 called the Town Council to order and announced a
quorum at 8:30 a.m.
The Invocation was offered by Chief Kniffen.
The Pledges were led by Council Member Mayer.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Consider and take appropriate action on Council's motion adopted on March 3, 2024 to file a motion to
overturn the Trophy Club MUD No.1 issuance of tax and revenue bonds and direct outside legal counsel to
file appropriate documents.
Motion made by Council Member Mayer, seconded by Council Member Rose requesting to convene into closed
executive session.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated, Subchapter 551, Section 551.071(2), The Council will enter into
executive session for "Consultation with Town Attorney" on a matter in which the duty of the Attorney to the
Governmental Body under the disciplinary rules of professional conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflict
with the Open Meetings Act, specifically:
(1) Legal Advice relative to Agenda Item No.1
CONVENE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION - START TIME -- 5:33 A.M.
RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION - START TIME — 9;20 A.M.
RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION
Motion made by Council Member Rose, seconded by Council Member Lamont, to move to withdraw Council's
motion adopted on March 3, 2014 to file a motion to overturn the Trophy Club MUD No, 1 issuance of tax and
revenue bonds and to direct outside legal counsel to file appropriate documents.
Motion passed unanimously.

Motion made by Council Member Rose, seconded by Council Member Shoffner, to adjourn. Motion carried
unani sly. Meeting,pdjourne at 9:25 a.m.
