The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club met in Special Session on October
31, 1985 at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Water Plant Road,
within the boundaries of the Town., The following officers and members were
present:

constituting a quorum, the meeting was called to order.
This was a special meeting to address the Fire Department Building to be con-
structed on the corner of Trophy Club Drive and Summit Cove. Representatives
from the Municipal Utility District, Planning and Zoning Commission, City
Council and Volunteer Fire Department were in attendance.
The City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission outlined three items
to be addressed concerning the building:
1. Interim Land Use Requirement:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will provide a format.
2. Site Plan Review:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will provide a format.
3. Site Design Review:
The Municipal Utility District will provide elevations, landscapes, drainage,
etc. to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will have Freese and Nichols compile an
outline for these three requirements. The City Council authorized Mr. Alexander
to ask Freese and Nichols for this information with the stipulation that fees
not exceed $1,500.00.
