The Town Council met in Emergency Session on Thursday,
January 14, 1988. The meeting was held at the Municipal
Utility District Building within the boundaries of the Town.
I, James Carter, Mayor, Town of Trophy Club, Texas, hereby
certify as follows:
1. That notice of an executive session in accordance with
Article 6252-17 was duly posted on the 14th day of January at
11:30 a.m.
2. That the Town Council convened in executive session on
January 14; 1988 at 6:30 p.m. with the following Council
Members and staff presentg

3. That the matters discussed by the Town Council were as
follows:
a. The Council discussed a letter from the law firm of
Worsham, Forsythe, Samples & Wooldridge concerning Planned
Development Zoning requested by Independent American
Corporation.
4. Council Member Vance made a motion to take no action on
this letter at this time. Council Member Foley seconded,
motion carried unanimously.
5. Council Member Vance made a motion to adjourn, Council
Member Foley seconded, motion carried unanimously.
G. I further certify that each Council Member has examined
and reviewed this certificate and concurs with the subject
matter contained herein.
