The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session to conduct a Public Hearing. The meeting was held at
the Municipal Utility District Building. The meeting was held
within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the Public.

PUBLIC HEARING ON TAX INCREASE:
Mayor Carter opened the Public Hearing on the proposal for a
property tax increase. The following residents asked the
Council questions concerning the taxes:
Don Doud
Kendra Boyd
Diane Prator
Mayor Carter announced that the meeting to set the tax rate
at 22.7 cents per one hundred dollars assessed valuation
would be held on October 10th, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. at this
location.
