The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on December 22, 1989 at the Municipal Building. The
meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to
the Public.

Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:05 a.m.
INVOCATION
Council Member Vance gave the Invocation.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Treasurer Jack Jacobs.
TOWN COUNCIL TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
ON PUBLIC AREAS WITHIN THE TOWN.
Mr. Joe Kurtz, Chairman of the Public Works Committee
reported to the Council that the committee recommended
awarding the contract to Bannings Lawn and Landscape Company.
Mayor Pro Tem Doran made a motion to award the nine month
contract to Bannings Lawn and Landscape commencing January 1,
1990 to September 30, 1990. Council Member Sylvia seconded,
motion carried unanimously.
The general consensus of the Council was to have the
landscape maintenance contract, including Harmony Park
landscape maintenance, managed by the Public Works
Administrator, Pauline Shaw.
