The Town Council and Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Town of Trophy Club met in joint session on Monday, September
25th, 1989 at the Municipal Utility District building. The
meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the Public.

Mayor Carter called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
TOWN COUNCIL AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CONDUCT A
WORKSHOP ON THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE.
The Town CounciI and the Planning and Zoning Commission
review the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance with the Town
Planner, Dan Bout', -Jell. Mr. Boutwell and Mr. Hill will make
the changes recommend the Council and P & Z and redraft the
document for a Public Hearing.

Council Member Vance made a motion to adjourn, Council Member
Hallgren seconded, motion carried unanimously.
