The Town Council Met in special session on Tuesday, September
11, 1990. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility
District Building and was open to the Public.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
INVOCATION
Council Member Vance gave the Invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Treasurer Jack Jacobs led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC HEARING: THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB
TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
OCTOBER 1° 1990 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1991.
Council Member Vance made* a motion to open the Public
hearing, Council Member Sylvia seconded, motion carried
unanimously.
No one in attendance spoke at the Public hearing.
Mayor Pro Tem Doran made a motion to close the Public
Hearing, Council Member Hill seconded, motion carried
unanimously.
TOWN COUNCIL TO CONSIDER ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
OCTOBER 1, 1990 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1991.
Council Member Vance requested a $1,300.00 increase to
account 9002, the park maintenance account, due to the actual
bid received. Council Member Vance noted that the park
committee had pulled out rye grass over -seeding and it's
maintenance except for the soccer fields.
Council Member Vance made a motion to amend the budget line
item account 9002 to $29,300. Motion dies for lack of
second.
Council Member Sylvia made a motion to amend budget line item
9002 to $29,300, taking the $1,300.00 from account 6020,
common area maintenance. Council Member Engelbeck seconded,
motion carried unanimously.
Council Member Sylvia made a motion to accept the budget as
amended, Mayor Pro Tem Doran seconded, motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURN
Council Member Vance made a motion to adjourn, Council Member
Sylvia seconded, motion carried unanimously.
