workshop session on Monday, June 24, 1991. The meeting was
held within Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carter called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
WORKSHOP: TOWN COUNCIL AND THE FINANCE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS
THE POSSIBILITY OF A BOND ISSUE
The Town Council and Finance Committee members discussed
various aspects involved with a bond issue. John Carter,
Finance Committee Chairman, requested authorization to retain
a consulting firm before the end of September.
Council asked the Public Works Committee to prioritize street
repair expenditures and the Finance Committee to prioritize
all non -street items for consideration in a bond issue.
