The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club met in regular
session on Tuesday, March 5, 1991. The meeting was held
within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

Mayor Carter celled the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
INVOCATION
The Invocation was given by Council Member Vance.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Council Member Engelbeck.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Council Member Hill made a motion to approve the minutes of
the February 19th meeting as submitted, Council Member Vance
seconded, motion carried unanimously.
PRESENTATIONS BY CITIZENS
Larry Hutto, representative of the School Board, invited the
Council to the groundbreaking of three new elementary
schools.

Bob CIinkenbeard, 119 Fairway Village Drive, told the Council
he was working with Matt Hendricksen on an Eagle Scout
Project. Matt has lived in Trophy Club three years and is a
Senior in high school. Mr. CIinkenbeard stated Matt would
like to sponsor a "Neighborhood Clean -Up" day in April or
May for his Eagle Project. The Council agreed this would be a
good community service project.
PRESENTATIONS BY COUNCIL
Mayor Carter introduced Mr. Tom Mayfield and Mr. Cotton
Moore. Both are candidates for Council in the May 4th General
Election.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
The committee reports are filed with the minutes of this
meeting.
TOWN COUNCIL TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING VARIANCES TO
ORDINANCES 90-12 AND 90-16 CONCERNING SATELLITE DISHES AND
ANTENNAS:
A) Mr. Ed Decker, 207 Inverness
Mr. Decker was not present and had not complied with the
provisions of the ordinance.
Council Member Hill made a motion to require a plot plan as
required in the ordinance and place this item on the next
agenda. Council Member Sylvia seconded, motion carried with
Council Member EngeIbeck opposing.
B> Mr. Bob CIinkenbeard, 119 Fairway Village Drive
Mr. Clinkenbeard presented his plot plan and supporting
documents to the Council and requested a variance for an
antennae.
Council Member Hill made a motion to approve the variance as
requested, Council Member Sylvia seconded, motion carried
unanimously.
C) Mr. David Gorman, 11 Valleywood Court
Mr. Gorman presented his plot plan showing the location and
screening of his satellite dish and requested a variance.
Council Member Hill made a motion to approve the variance as
presented, Council Member Sylvia seconded, motion carried
unanimously.

Engelbeck seconded, motion carried unanimously.
