The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a
public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 1992. The meeting
was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to
the public.

CALL TO ORDER
Town Manager
Chief of Police
Town Attorney
Director of Public Works
Town Secretary
Mayor Carter called the hearing to order at approximately
7-27 p.m. immediately following the Town Council Meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING: TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL FOR A
PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.
Council Member Engelbeck made a motion to open the public
hearing; Councilman Glaspell seconded,- motion carried
unanimously.
No one present wished to address the issue of the rate
increase.

Therefore, Mayor Pro Tem Hill made a motion to close the
public hear 4 ng; Council Member Stoltz seconded- motion passed

unanimously.
The proposed tax rate is $ .3361 per $100 evaluation. Last
year's rate had been $ .2796 per $100 evaluation.
ONJORM
There being no further business, Mayor Pro Tem Hill made a
motion to adjourn. Council Member Stoltz seconded; motion
carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7-32 p.m.
