Dear Karen:
I regret that I will be unable to be present at the Special
Town Council Meeting on 26 September, as I will be undergoing
a medical procedure at that time.
For the record, I am in favor of an ordinance establishing the
municipal taxes in toto for the fiscal year commencing October
1, 1997 at $.4658 per $100 assessed valuation.
With sincere best wishes,
Edwin A. Decker
