Che Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Forum Session on Tuesday, August 13, 2002. The
neeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

--ALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
vlayor Smith announced a quorum for Town Council and called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
NVOCATION: Barb Tweedie gave the invocation.
'LEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE AMERICAN FLAG.
'LEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE TEXAS FLAG.
`Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas one and indivisible."
'cott Spence led the pledges.
GOWN COUNCIL AND RESIDENTS TO OBSERVE A PRESENTATION REGARDING THE TROPHY CLUB
'OLICE DARE PROGRAM.
Cathy Grassman explained her roll in D.A.R.E. and gun safety. Also, her contact with lower grades, Consequences,
'ADD Group, supervise dances, contact with Probation Officers, Justice of the Peace Judge French's office, Child
'rotective Services, abuse cases, SHARPS Instructor, deals with truancy problems, and transfers from other districts. She
urther stated that she is involved in Trophy Club days, July 4"', crosswalks, etc.

kcting Police Chief Delk gave an overview of the Police Department.

nterim Fire Chief Danny Thomas gave an overview of the Fire Department.
