PROCLAMATION NO. 2007-1
DISASTER DECLARATION
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club on the IS"' day of June, 2007 has suffered
widespread and severe damage and loss of property resulting 11-om storms and flooding
and;
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Town of Trophy Club has determined that
extraordinary measures must be talien to alleviate the suffering of people and to protect or
rehabilitate property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE MAYOR OF TEE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS THAT BY THE POWER VESTED IN ZW1
AS RIIAYOR OF TROPHY CLUB, EEREBY PROCLAIM:
Section I. That a State Of Disaster is declared for the Town of Trophy Club, Texas.
Sectioiz 2. That the Town's Emergency Management Plan has been implemented.
Sectiorz 3. That this State Of Disaster shall continue for a period of not more than
seven days Irom the date hereon, unless the same is continued by consent of the Town
Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas.
Section 4. That this Proclamation shall take effect immediately from and after its
issuance.
