R 85-5 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE TOWN SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE THAT APPLICATIONS FOR A DEPOSITORY BANK WILL BE TAKEN ON JUNE 24, 1985 PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW GOV- ERNING CITY DEPOSITORIES, TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. ARTICLES 2559-2566a. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB: Section 1. That the Town Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to publish the attached notice in the Town's officially designated newspaper, The Grapevine Sun, stating that sealed bids will be received on June 24, 1985 for a depository bank for the Town's funds in accordance with and pursuant to Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. Articles 2559-2566a. Section 2. The Town Secretary is directed to publish the attached notice in The Grapevine Sun not less than one (1) week nor more than four (4) weeks before the June 24, 1985 meeting. TOWN DEPOSITORY CONTRACT The bids are to be opened and read at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Water Plant Drive, Trophy Club, Texas, at that time, 2:00 p.m. June 24, 1985. Award of the bid shall be made at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Trophy Club Town Council on June 24, 1985 at 7:00 p.m. All bids must be marked with date of bid and general description of bid items. Bid information and specifications may be obtained from the Town Secretary, at Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Water Plant Drive, Trophy Club, Texas, or by telephoning (817) 430-1911.
