RES 1986-05RESOLUTION NO. 86-05
WHEREAS, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport and Federal Aviation
Administration officials give the highest priority to
working with the Town of Trophy Club People Against Low
Elevation Committee representing the Town of Trophy Club
to minimize the impact upon the Town from the use of
runway 13R/31L, and,
WHEREAS, until some agreement regarding limitations/
restrictions is made reflecting the 10% total operations
usage originated in the Enviromental Impact Study, the
airport shall use standard noise abatement procedures
to minimize noise, now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS,,
THAT:
The airport shall install noise monitors at several pertinent locations within the
Town of Trophy Club to provide permanent data on actual noise levels within the
Town from the date the runway is placed in operation.
