RES 1988-13TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
RECOGNIZING AND HONORING MR. PETER JENSEN.
WHEREAS, Peter Jensen, a resident of Randers, Denmark,
has come to the United States as an exchange student during the
academic year 1988-89, having been sponsored by the
International Education Forum; and
WHEREAS, during this academic year, Mr. Jensen is
residing within the Town of Trophy Club with Mr. and Mrs. Neil
Godbey, and attending the Fort Worth Christian Academy as an
11th grade student; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas finds it a
sincere honor to have Peter Jensen residing within the Town and
recognizes the benefit and enrichment received by this
community as a result of his residency herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council hereby finds it an
honor that Peter Jensen has chosen to reside in the Town of
Trophy Club and recognizes his cultural contribution to this
community, and that the Town Council does hereby further
express its appreciation for Mr. Jensen's international
sponsor, the International Education Forum, and his domestic
sponsor, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Godbey.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
