RESOLUTION NO. R 88-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB AND THE CITY
OF ROANOKE, TEXAS FOR THE PROVISION OF
LIBRARY SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE
TOWN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas is hereby authorized and empowered to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Roanoke,
Texas for the provision of library services to the residents of
the Town.
Section 2. That a true and correct copy of the
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect
immediately from and after its date of passage as provided by
law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas this the 12 day of December -1 1988.
