RES 1988-19TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS AWARDING A DEPOSITORY CONTRACT FOR TOWN
FUNDS TO NORTHWEST BANK, ROANOKE AND TO FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF GRAPEVINE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town has previously solicited bids for a
depository in accordance with Chapter 105 of the Texas Local
Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all of the above premises are found to
be true and correct and are incorporated into the body of this
ordinance as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the Northwest Bank, Roanoke and the
First National Bank of Grapevine are hereby selected as
depositories for the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, according to
the terms and specifications set forth in the bids submitted by
the respective banks, true and correct copies of which bids are
attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 3. That the Mayor of the Town shall be and is
hereby authorized and empowered to execute a depository
agreement with the said banks for the terms, conditions and
convenants set forth in the attached exhibits.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas this the 12 day of December —, 1989.
