RESOLUTION NO. R 89-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AUTHORIZING AND EXPOWERING
THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
THE NELSON CORPORATION TO REVIEW AND INSPECT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF TROPHY CLUB PARK; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
( the "Town" ) is hereby authorized and empowered to execute a
Contract with The Nelson Corporation for the purpose of providing
a review and inspection of the construction of Trophy Club Park,
and the said Contract is hereby approved and accepted. A true
and correct copy of the Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
