RESOLUTION NO. 89-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE TOWN, AMWEST SURETY INSURANCE
COMPANY, PARMOUNT CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, INC.
AND JRJ PAVING, INC. FOR THE COMPLETION OF
CERTAIN STREET REPAIR WORK WITHIN THE TOWN;
RATIFYING THE ACTION OF THE TOWN MAYOR
SIGNING THE CONTRACT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas does hereby approve and accept a Construction
Contract Takeover Agreement between the Town, Amwest Surety
Insurance Company, Parmount Concrete Construction, Inc. and JRJ
Paving, Inc. for the completion of certain street repairs
within the Town as set forth in the Agreement. The Town
Council further ratifies and approves the action of the Mayor
signing the agreement on November _, 1989. A true and correct
said Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas this the 3 day .ef December -JI 1989.
