RESOLUTION NO. 89-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE NELSON
CORPORATION DURING THE FINAL CONSTRUCTION
PHASE OF HARMONY PARK; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council of The Town of Trophy
Club, Texas does hereby approve and accept a Construction
Management Agreement between the Town and The Nelson
Corporation, wherein The Nelson Corporation will provide
certain management services for the completion of Harmony
Park. A true and correct copy of the said Construction
Management Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the Mayor of the Town is hereby
authorized and empowered to execute the said Construction
Management Agreement on behalf of the Town.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
