RESOLUTION NO. 071691-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AWARDING A BID FOR THE
PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE To ROAD RESCUE
EMERGENCY VEHICLES I PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT
THE AWARD OF THE BID IS CONDITIONED UPON THE
TOWN OBTAINING FINANCING WHICH IS SATISFACTORY
TO THE TOWN COUNCIL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town")
heretofore issued a request for sealed bids for a new Town
ambulance; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with that request for sealed bids, the
Town received - THREE bids on or before July 9, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Town council, having reviewed the bids submitted
and having received the recommendation from the Town Staff, now
desires to award the bid to ROAD RESCUE EMERGENCY VEHICLES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the above and foregoing preamble is true and
correct and is incorporated into the body of this Resolution as if
copied herein in its entirety.
Section 2. That the Town Council does hereby award the bid
for the purchase of an ambulance, as described in those certain
specifications made a part of the Town's Request For Bids For
Ambulance dated June 18th, 1991,to ROAD RESCUE EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
The said award of bid is, however, conditioned upon, and a contract
for the purchase of the said ambulance shall not be entered into
until such time as, the Town has secured financing which is
satisfactory to the Town Council, in its sole opinion.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas this the 16th day of JULY -r 1991.
