A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AWARDING A BID FOR
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF THE PUBLIC AREAS OF
THE TOWN TO JASPER HAYES COMPANY; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town"), in
accordance with State law, heretofore issued a request for sealed
bids for landscape maintenance of the public areas of the Town; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with that request for sealed bids, the
Town received three bids on or before August 26 , 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, having reviewed the bids submitted
and having received the recommendation from the Town Staff, now
desires to award the bid to Jasper Hayes Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the above and foregoing preamble is true and
correct and is incorporated into the body of this Resolution as if
copied herein in its entirety.
Section 2. That the Town Council does hereby award the bid
for landscape maintenance of the public areas of the Town, as
described in those certain specifications made a part of the Town's
Request For Bids for landscape maintenance dated August 5 , 1991,
to Jasper Hayes Company.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas this the 10th day of September 1991.
