RESOLUTION NO. 091091-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AWARDING A BID FOR CURB
REPAIR OF CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS WITHIN THE
TOWN TO DOUGLAS CONCRETE COMPANY ;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR THE SAID CURB REPAIR WORK;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town"), in
accordance with State law, heretofore issued a request for sealed
bids for curb repair of certain public streets located within the
Town; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with that request for sealed bids, the
Town received four bids on or before September h, 1991; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council, having reviewed the bids submitted
and having received the recommendation from the Town Staff, now
desires to award the bid to Douglas Concrete Company
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the above and foregoing preamble is true and
correct and is incorporated into the body of this Resolution as if
copied herein in its entirety.
Section 2. That the Town Council does hereby award the bid
for curb repair of certain public streets located within the Town
and as described in those certain specifications made a part of the
Town's Request For Bids for curb repair dated August 20 , 1991,
to Douglas Concrete Company
Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a contract with Douglas Concrete Company for curb
repair as set forth herein.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas this the 10th day of September , 1991.
